PepsiCo Still Water

I collaborated with PepsiCo's Mountain Dew designers on a senior graphic design project, where my group developed a new drink and corresponding marketing plan. I suggested a line of natural beverages, focusing on a relaxation drink, which we called Still Water. I designed merchandise and a mandala-inspired advertisement.

The mandala design, rooted in Tibetan Buddhist tradition, symbolizes transformation from suffering to joy, aligning with Pepsi’s “unapologetic joy” brand. I specifically referenced the Healing Mandala, placing our logo at the center and designing the intricate details by hand in Procreate, while choosing a complementary color palette.

Understanding our target audience of young adults, I aimed to make the merchandise feel more like a personal style choice than an advertisement. By emphasizing calmness and fluidity, I catered to the younger demographic's sensitivity to branding, ensuring the designs resonated with their values.
